1. COOLING TOWER BODY & BASIN

Sri Velan Cooling Systems is highly designed to withstand high wind velocities and vibrations. The cooling tower body and Basin is made of though fiberglass reinforced plastic (FRP) and has sufficient structural strength.

2. STRUCTURE

Sri Velan Cooling Systems Supporting Structure are Hot dip Galvanized for long life. Because of this process the all supporting steel Structure are free from atmosphere rusting and corrosion.

3. FILLS

The fills are Honeycomb design made of PVC in Transparent Blue / Black in colour. Fills is used to increase the contact area between Air & Hot Water. We can supply ABS Fills for high temperature applications.

4. MOTOR

Motor is mounted on top of the Cooling Tower. This is specially designed for cooling tower applications with long threaded shaft and Type - TEFC, Flange Mounted, IP-55 with shaft

Water Distribution System :

1. Round / Bottle Type Cooling Towers

In this system automatic rotating PVC / Aluminium sprinkler with branch pipes made of PVC. Inlet water pressures have to maintain1.5 to 1.8 kg/cm2.

2. Square Type Cooling Towers

Water Distribution System is made of PVC pipe with No. of Nozzles. It is designed for very low pressure drop and uniform distribution of water overfills area.

3. FAN

Energy Efficient Axial type fan is made of Aluminium / FRP / PP materials. Specially designed for high volume of air intake. Also static balanced with adjustable pitch.
